Teal is the color of Ovarian Cancer. The shamrock represents my sister's Irish heritage, and our love of the Holy Trinity. On January 15, 2009, my sister went in for an operation to remove a cyst in her abdomen. It was discovered that she had stage 3c ovarian cancer. She lived for 3 more months.
