October is breast cancer awareness month. Evelyn Lauder, daughter-in-law of Estee Lauder,took these pictures as a fundraiser for breast cancer research. They are so sweet and vintage. She founded the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, the highest rated charity of its type. She also developed the pink ribbons that are now ubiquitous.
